Dear Colleague,
For ICTAM 2012 all oral presentations will be managed by M Events Beijing Conference Services Ltd. As a presenter at ICTAM 2012, you are requested to upload your presentation(s) to an M Events protected server. You may do this prior to arriving in Beijing, or onsite in the Speaker Ready Room.
A network-based presentation system will be employed for the ICTAM 2012, along with a conference-specific interface which will ensure perfect quality of all presentations. All rooms are equipped with the necessary technical requirements, and additional back-up systems. Please note that under no circumstances will personal laptops be permitted.
The Speaker Ready Room (SRR) is located on the 2nd floor, in Room 215 of the China National Convention Center. We highly recommend that all speakers submit their presentations to the SRR at least 12 hours prior to their scheduled presentation.
The SRR will be open during the following hours, with technicians available to assist you:
- Sunday, August 19th 2:00 PM – 18:30 PM
- Monday, August 20th 7:30 AM – 18:30 PM
- Tuesday, August 21st 7:30 AM – 18:30 PM
- Wednesday, August 22nd 7:30 AM – 18:30 PM
- Thursday, August 23rd 7:30 AM – 18:30 PM
- Friday, August 24th 7:30 AM – 14:00 PM
If you wish to submit your presentation prior to ICTAM 2012, please follow the guidelines indicated in the letter to you. If you have not received the instructions, please contact the M Events Helpdesk at: ICTAM2012@m-events.com.
During the upload process, detailed online support will be available to you. If you have questions related to the uploading of your presentation/s, please feel free to contact the M Events Helpdesk at: ICTAM2012@m-events.com
Please remember to include your disclosure slide. If you do not have one, we can provide you with the template.
You may send additional files, make changes to files you have already sent, and download your files from another computer at any time, keeping in mind that your final and complete presentation must be uploaded at least three hours before your session begins.
When your presentation(s) has been successfully submitted, you will receive a confirmation email.
